About the Position

RoA is looking for a high energy, self-directed, and team-oriented individual to join the marketing team. This person will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, favorability, traffic and incremental revenue across the brand’s owned and earned media channels.

What you’ll do…

  • Partner with creative strategist to design integrated communications strategy, and ensure the message is distributed across all channels in order to meet customer centricity objectives.
  • Manage PR agency, and provide guidance on brand appropriate media relations that achieve reach targets established by quarter.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of organic social media, in addition to collaborating on the strategic framework for paid social media.
  • Execute partnerships and product collaborations of all sizes, including amplification of marketing campaigns through unpaid/paid influencers.
  • Conduct long-range planning exercises and present roadmaps across social, partnerships, experiential, and PR for approval.

Other requirements and considerations…

  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience; startup environments preferred.
  • Direct experience managing social media properties and communications strategy.
  • Exposure to the retail category; direct-to-consumer brands are most relevant.
  • Clear demonstration of how to design an annual strategy against business objectives.
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns from end-to-end.
  • Strong attention to detail, process optimization, and critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with industry-relevant tools to assist with management and reporting.
