About the Position

We are hiring a hybrid project manager/producer to own the creation and execution of all creative needs. This role will report to the Art Director.


This role will facilitate cross-functional communication in order to prioritize, drive and execute key marketing, creative and brand initiatives. In addition to project management functions, this role will also oversee creative production, including photo and video shoots.


What you’ll do…

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to efficiently plan, execute and deliver all creative needs
  • Manage timeline, workload and resourcing for all creative projects (i.e. marketing and brand assets, emails, website elements, print collateral, packaging, etc.) from project kick-off to completion
  • Ensure that the creative team/talent has pertinent information and resources to deliver effective, cost-efficient work
  • Manage the planning and execution of creative assets for each season, including product photography, seasonal photo and video assets
  • Own and maintain creative budgets, including production, vendor and consultant costs
  • Manage production and delivery of all printed collateral, including packaging, event components, marketing collateral, etc.
  • Develop and manage relationships, creative resources, including freelance creative talent, photographers, stylists, studios, modeling agencies, etc.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including casting, booking crew and talent, schedules, on-set production, budget management, post-production processes, etc.

Other Requirements and Considerations

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management and creative operations, ideally with an in-house creative and/or marketing team
  • Experience with project management systems – Asana a plus
