About the Position
We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support administrative and recruiting functions of our growing team. The ideal candidate is eager to solve problems, derives satisfaction from helping and supporting people and is obsessively organized.. This role reports to directly the COO and provides valuable support for executive-level decision making.
What you’ll do...
Recruit, advertise, and post for all job openings. Schedule interviews, screen potential applicants, and manage candidate experience through the pipeline.
Manage new hire onboarding. Coordinate new hire paperwork and activities from offer letters to first week meetings and necessary trainings.
Own benefit administration. Work with our PEO to select benefits packages for the team and guide
Provide employee relations support. Serve as the go-to point of contact for employees and managers alike. Act as a liaison between middle and upper management
Build and own company culture initiatives. Whether it’s a team outing, learning and development programming, or facilitating feedback; you’ll be the one to spearhead and execute all culture and team-focused initiatives.
Own record-keeping company-wide. Report on and maintain archives for information like wages, hires, terminations, personnel files, medical information, and internal correspondence.
Monitor claims in conjunction with our PEO. Claims include Unemployment, Short Term/Long Term Leave, Workers’ Compensation, etc
Regularly audit policies & processes for compliance.

Other Requirements and Considerations
2-4 years experience in Human Resources, recruiting, benefits and payroll processing required
Strong general knowledge of labor laws and procedures
Bachelor’s degree
